Enjoy wine and food pairing over the holidays. Chardonnay and Pinot Noir might be the conventional choices with turkey but I suggest choose what you love and love what you choose.

Thanks for all your words and wishes. We are enjoying a very different Christmas in Bangalore with extended family. We cone prepared with Champagne sauternes and Port. Kingfisher is fine but not with Christmas lunch. Cheers Stephen.
